    Especially in summertime, I know full well that wearing black clothing is too hot for me, but nice in winter time. Likewise wearing white clothing in wintertime is silly to black clothing if it is warmth you seek.

    So I want to devote a book to this paradox for it seems as though it is a competition between vitamin B9 called folate depletion and that of vitamin D in D deficiency for immune system health.

    I have found over the decades, that paradoxes are worth a keen exploration, for there likely is some missing pieces of knowledge.

    I temporarily queue this as my 261st book but if I find nothing more than B9 versus D to explain how skin needs to be black in hot tropical heat rather than white to be as "cool as possible", and why northern climates did not evolve dark skin to be as
    warm as possible up North.

    Maybe a physics experiment of measuring tool can discover if the surface temperature on skin for black and white under a tropical Sun is the same temperature, then this book is worth writing. But if I do not uncover anything new, I will not publish this
    book at all.

    So, can we devise some measuring instrument and measure the heat and temperature of a white skin person and black skin person in a hot sun setting and in a wintertime cold setting. I am suspecting that the human physiology is such that the body adjusts
    for the fact of black absorbs heat while white reflects heat.

    Many birds of the tropics are white in color so as to reflect the heat. So I would think evolution favors white for Tropics, not black.

    We need actual measurement of color to Sun heat and radiation.
