Now, by mimicking a desert-dwelling chameleon, a team has developed
    an energy-efficient, cost-effective coating. The material could keep buildings cool in the summers -- or warm in the winters -- without additional energy.

    Sounds good to me, but so often these new technologies are economically unfeasible. Wonder what they will cost?

    RE: inexpensive

    Until the bean counters estimate how much they can screw the
    consumers; consumers saves this much, so they will up the price and
    take a piece of that savings.
