    Why doesn't Putin come on over and visit Biden at the Whitehouse? Is Putin afraid Biden will kill him?

    Like most dictators, he's afraid to step outside his

    Staying in his own country didn't help Ceaușescu at all. A coup
    happens regardless when the time is ripe.
