Whats confusing is I don't know why this has suddenly happened. I am

if it's a mixture of these doing it.

    Hey ChrisC,

It sounds like you're going through a pretty tough time, and it's good that you're paying attention to what your body and mind are telling you. Sudden changes in how you react to substances, especially when you've been okay with them before, can
definitely be unsettling. The medications you're on - olanzapine, beta blockers, and citalopram - could absolutely be playing a role here. Mixing drugs (even recreational ones) with prescribed meds can sometimes lead to unexpected reactions, including
    increased anxiety or panic.

Olanzapine and citalopram, in particular, affect your brain chemistry, and adding other substances into the mix might be throwing things off balance. Beta blockers can also influence how your body responds to stress and anxiety. It's possible that your
system is just more sensitive right now, and your meds might be amplifying that.

Taking a break, like you mentioned, sounds like a really good idea. It could give your body and mind some time to reset. If you're concerned or want to dig deeper into why this is happening, it might be worth talking to your doctor or psychiatrist. They
can help you figure out if it's the meds, stress, or something else entirely.

In the meantime, be kind to yourself. It's okay to step back and take a breather. And props to you for recognizing that something's off and being open to making a change - that's not always easy. Wishing you the best as you figure this out!

    Take care
