    I've provided an answer here:

    https://qr.ae/pKNiB8

    but that's just a preliminary and is subject to further elaboration.

    Fyi., I've updated my answer (https://qr.ae/pKNiB8) with more details on "The Blueprint" section:

    <quote>

    The Blueprint

    The blueprint for formalizing xAI (explainable AI) is a layer (denoted here by Reference) of cumulative mathematical theory templates in the Quora answer here.

    We could note in Reference two relevant theorems “Section II — Meta Theorems (MT)”:

    MT1 - Mortal Theorem.
    MT2 - Alignment Impossibility (AI) Theorem.

    The first one (MT1) connotes that in general, all things considered, any two cognitive agents (human, alien, machine) are equally of mortal intelligence; the second one (MT2) that, in general, AI alignment is not logically possible.

    I've also added "Section III — Introspective Encryption", with the theorem :

    MT3 - Dâur (Introspective) Encryption Theorem.

    The theorem MT3 signifies that the hard problem of consciousness is one that would transcend any attempt to mathematically formalize it as a first principle. Thus it is an impossible problem.

    Actually, "Section III — Introspective Encryption" is in the Reference thread: https://qr.ae/pysHMT
