"бес" (bes): This prefix means "without" or "lack of". It is commonly
used in Russian to negate nouns.

"сонница" (sonnitsa): This noun means "sleep". It is derived from the verb "спать" (spat'), meaning "to sleep".

    ------ Prob. related to SOMN

A Poem ending in 3 dots must be EXTREMELY rare in classic or traditional
    poems.
and even for famous 20th century poets.

Looking thru some poems by Sylvia Plath and Louise Glu"ck,
i see that they sometimes use dashes --- but never ellipses (...).
