What method do you recomend to segment such image?

I have the result of the microscopy (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_mgo2s0x7EuNmV2VjRtNTFmM3M/view?usp=sharing). There are a lot of areas with different texture (see attached link).

What methods do you recomend for texture classification of that result?
