    Looks like Etna is due to erupt by the 27th October 2019. I have the idea Popocatapetl erupts in the same series. I get leg cramps with one of them, I am not sure which.
    Get your blood used to absorbing vegetable oils as well as meat fats, leave off vinegar in favour of lemon juice and chop up hot chiles to swallow them raw if you suffer with cramp.
