    Required skills and experience:

    �Experience with analysis of complex data sets

    �Experience with statistical software packages is highly desirable

    �Experience with programming languages (R, python, etc.) is highly desirable

    �Fast learner and a self-starter

    �Ability to multi-task

    �Anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions. Not always instruction-based

    �Demonstrates a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a "can do" attitude

    �Is curious, inquisitive, innovative, never satisfied with the status quo

    �Greets challenge and change as opportunity

    �Collaborates with others and strong orientation towards team work

    �Embraces and leverages diversity of culture and thought

    Education Requirements:

    �A PhD in materials science, chemistry, biology, or a related field is required.
