I wonder if this is how the Big Bang clerics will get out of the latest JWST observations showing too many mature galaxies in the “early universe” where the BBT predicted none. They could use the faster c to pretend time travelled at a different rate
in the first 7 days of BBT creation.Which they say meant they could magically add a few extra billion years to the beginning of the BBT to give room for mature galaxies spotted by JWST. In fact the Big Bang nutters could push this to extremes everytime a
new more powerful telescope sees mature galaxies at ever further distances. Faced with the observations that the universe appears to have mature galaxies out to infinity, like the non expanding model, they could then pretend that as c speeded up, time
changed and gives the effect of the BBT being of infinite age, with no actual beginning and mature galaxies going out for infinity.Just like the non expanding model.
Then the BBT nutters could say “look,...Our model is so successful it predicts the universe has mature galaxies going out to infinite cosmological distances no matter how far you look.”
