    Russians simply created a cloud of debris putting hundreds of valuable
    space assets at risk?

    How do you know what the orbit of the Russian satellite was?
    Russians said -It was no danger to anything!

    There is no orbit that is safe in terms of creating debris. Debris
    decays quite quickly, so it crosses many orbits for a period of years.
