I have a feeling, it's just another big hope?
Answer for the origins of life?
BS!
Military, car industry is looking for rare metals out in space for the future!
This is not about the origins of life. It is about the origins of some
of the organic chemicals that we presume to have been required for
life to develop.
It is about the chemical and elemental makeup of the early solar
system, which informs us about the processes that were most important
in its formation.
Asteroids may become an important source of raw materials, but most
likely not carbonaceous asteroids like this one.
