    If these a---holes were existed in the early 1800s, we've never have had the Industrial Revolution. In-fact, they've dragged down the West to the point where Asia has just about passed us by, technologically.

    Maybe they can cruise the fields around the site, collect up the metal and sell it for scrap? Might beat living off a state perpetually.

    Or maybe they can sue the agency that is doing a poor job of
    regulating launches in terms of safety and environmental impact, and
    force proper regulations.
