Who are you, Gerald, to proclaim that there is only one proper perspective for viewing the Earth from space? The are literally an infinite number of perspectives available and each is valid.
Viewing the Earth from the orbital plane without the hindrance of daily rotation on the surface reveals the spectacular view of the planet where its daily rotation is constantly changing its orientation to the orbital plane and the central Sun-

Who am I indeed !, someone who adores the original Sun-centred astronomers and what they did with limited observations to demonstrate the annual motions of the Earth and other planets as they run circuits of the central Sun.
I have added to that understanding by introducing observers to the back-and-forth motion of Venus and Mercury by setting the Sun up as a central reference. It takes no more than letting go of the fixed stationary background stars known to the
original Sun-centred researchers and letting them change position from left to right of the central Sun as a result of the orbital motion of the Earth-
Gerald, sorry, but you have added *nothing* that was not previously known and fully understood... for centuries! Just because *you* figured this out late in life does not mean that the rest of us have not known this for a very long time.

Who am I indeed !, I am a Christian who adores my inheritance from people who came before me and who gave so much once familiarity with their perspectives emerges.
What does being a Christian have to do with the price of beans?
It takes satellite imaging where the instrument is free from daily rotational influences to account for the back-and-forth motions of Venus and Mercury as they run smaller and faster circuits around the Sun-

Even you can appreciate it and that means others with talent can do so also and then go on to teach others how contemporary imaging resolves an astronomical problem that the first Sun-centred astronomers couldn't.
I do what I do as a Christian because what you call 'religion', I can inspiration or spirituality as both mean the same thing. I don't even mind that you assert that the partitioning of direct/retrogrades of observations of planetary motions has been
known for centuries despite the demonstration requiring satellite imaging. I come from the Johannine tradition of Christianity so that is always present in what I do-
"You call me ‘teacher’ and ‘master,’ and rightly so, for indeed I am. If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another’s feet.
I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.
Amen, amen, I say to you, no slave is greater than his master nor any messenger* greater than the one who sent him.j
If you understand this, blessed are you if you do it.
I am not speaking of all of you. I know those whom I have chosen. But so that the scripture might be fulfilled, ‘The one who ate my food has raised his heel against me.’" Jesus
