    How stupid can self-declared "scientists" be?

    a waterside population.

    Even modern humans aren't runners. We're walkers with an

    They are trained to be stupid. You earn a degree in paleo anthropology
    by vomiting back what has been dictated to you.

    People are well trained, not well informed.

    Not impossible, but I'm not sure of this: very likely the Hs LCA lived somewhere in S-Asia, they might have split in the Middle East. It's possible IMO that most Europeans did not have any African ancestors.

    Yes, and ancestors (esp. early-Pleist.?) were a lot more aquatic.

    This is where I argue with you. I say that they are descended from a waterside population.

    Australopiths were still aquarboreal AFAICS: vertical waders-clmibers in swamp forests.

    Let's agree to disagree here (Elaine Morgan often said that to me). We never hunted IMO until in some populations late-Pleistocene.
