It has water, yes, but that freezes solid long before methane gets cold
enough to become a liquid. So, if there's life on Titan it's got to be
below the surface, perhaps where geothermal energy keeps it warm.
That, or it's life that manages with liquid methane (and other goodies)
what life on earth does with water. Seems unlikely to most people, at
least those who aren't sucking on the tail pipe of an old diesel Mercedes.
