  • Looking for info about a 1980s wave slalom race with Richard Whyte and

    Hey old timers and historians,

    I'm Looking for info about a 1980s wave slalom race with Richard Whyte and Robbie Naish

    This particular race was probably before 1988. In a video which I have seen Whyte and Naish are racing neck and neck going out through the waves when a big breaking wave munches Naish and Whyte just barely makes it over.

    Any info to identify the year and/or the particular location and competition or anything else that would help me find the video would be extremely appreciated.
