mine still beeps with that and Vegas 14. it was working great recently, how do I fix it?

i just make the audio SFX in another Vegas, Such as Vegs 14, it doesn't have any issues, its just that using FX will make it look like you have a 6gb computer, even though you have 8gb or more. This issue has been going on for others with 16gb of ram,
people with 32 and with a higher CPU doesn't, either its just me or Vegas is dumb :/
