Hell yes!!!
Great news and a fair result for any workplace where a majority
of civic-minded people have had the good sense to be vaccinated.
I'm lifting the mask mandate for my staff this Friday as well.
Albeit I did have to terminate three who wouldn't comply with our
mandatory vaccination policy, which was not pleasant.
That's why they pay me the medium bucks...
What the heck? You'd fire Robert if he were in your employ?!
Lamentably so.
Of course, I'd never hire a ticking time bomb like you. Everyone
knows that fatties are a waddling powderkeg of workplace health and
safety issues, to say nothing of how damaging sociopaths can be to
a positive workplace culture...
That sounds like discrimination to me.
Of course it would.
Notwitstanding that there was no mention of race, religion, age, sex
or disability, a terimnally unemployed sociopath
Sociopathy is a psychiatric disability, and the psychiatrically
disabled are a protected class according to the Australia Human Rights Commission Act of 1986. You also mentioned waddling
and health issues as a reason for your discrimination
against what you termed "fatties," which is clearly discrimination
based on a physical handicap (the Human Rights Commission Act of 1986
also forbids discrimination based on imputation of such
characteristics).
You'd be in real trouble if word got out that you're running your
business this way, veta! I trust you're more careful in real life than
you are here, otherwise you wouldn't have risen to the Chairman
position you currently hold.
Rudiger Gussett's multi-billion dollar enterprise remains at risk...
