In Memory of Leon Resnick
Reading this now. It's hard to believe that this happened, and to someone like Leon.
I remember standing with him in our little workshop in our garage in Cape Town, with a pair of glasses on and a dremel. Blueprinting heads, porting, lightening flywheels of 30/50cc outboards...ALL within race spec ofcourse. A little notepad next to him
making notes of each thing he did to each part of each motor or carbs.
This was a sad day, and just wanted to say thanks for those of you that posted something kind.
I lived with Leon when I moved to Miami and of all the work over the years he had done and that we had talked about he was enjoying his last the most.
Not much else to say.
