  • Great 9 on Tuesday evening.

    Well... ...my golf wasn't great. There is far too much rust on my game
    for that. :-)

    But a good friend, Peter and I played with his two grown sons, who I
    first met shortly after Peter and I had met playing pick-up hockey (with
    a group that has been in continuous operation for 50 years now!).

    Back then, I think his boys were about 9 and 8 (maybe a little older;
    the memories fade). They learned to love the game playing with Peter and
    I, and I loved showing both of them a few little things here and there
    about how to play better; particularly about how to play the COURSE better—they both were pretty good athletes with the freedom of a swing
    that comes with learning it young.

    Now they're in their mid-to-late 20s and I'm going to have to get out to
    the range and practice if I want to keep up with them...

    ...at least for a few more years.

    Great report Grandpa. At your age, doubtful you can keep up with them. Well, in your fast wace car you might!
