NBER paper ranks states by COVID performance-guess who's WORST?

That would be the left coast states of NY, NJ, and CA, as well as other Dim-run states IL and NM.

Who is BEST? That would include ONLY Republican-run states like Florida and Utah.

The study compares Covid outcomes in the 50 states and District of Columbia based on three variables: the economy, education, and mortality. NBER is the National Bureau of Economic Research.

The Heritage Foundation and Committee to Unleash Prosperity are hardly unbiased researchers.
Plus their methodology was flawed, for the same reasons as we've discussed before.
