Might be the best match ever lol.Carlos just won 4th set after saving triple match points.46 67 64 76Surely Alcaraz wins from here? His 5 set record is insane, only lost his 1st one years ago, before he won his 1st slam. This is amazing for tennis.

If it ends 6-0 it won't rank as high, greatest ever matches must be competitive until the very end.

Yeah, still would go in the conversation just because of the unlikely comeback. McEnroe has nightmares about '84 FO final but this is worse
for Sinner, especially if he too never wins FO.
Sinner has been limping for a couple hours so would be something special
if he can win from here. He had a couple chances to break back for 2-2
in 5th but now down 1-3. Carlos has great drop shots but if Sinner
didn't have sore feet he would have got a couple more back.

It's officially the longest FO final in history, 4 hrs 43 minutes
currently Carlos leading 3-2 with a break. Prob go over 5 hours.
Hard to believe the previous longest at 4 hrs 42 minutes was a 4 set
match that included a bagel and a breadstick, 1982 Wilander beat Vilas
16 76 60 64 : )

It's easy to explain why these matches took too long when you watch a little
