to decide to play. He wanted to make sure he wouldn't play both

Prob hoping both get upset and he can sneak through. I think Rune

It has been a dream Wimbledon for Joker. Weak draw to begin with, now
Sinner is out, Di Maur gives him a walkover to semis.
Looks like nothing stands in the way of a record tying 8th title save
for a sub-par Alcaraz.
Didn't look possible a month ago.
Rune played poorly and really needs to find the right coach soon. He
had no game plan, very strange effort from him. As soon as Novak won
that match in straights I had him penciled in for the final. Sinner
needs to work on his fitness. That was always his weakness and just
becomes more obvious. I still think Carlos' best game is better than
anyone and he should be able to really get up for the next 2 matches and
repeat what he did last year. I think he'll beat Med and Novak in no
more than 4 sets. Having said that you can never rule Novak out, he's
proven me wrong so many times. I would like to see him get the 25 slams
and Wimbledon seems to be his best chance, though I think he'll also be
a strong chance at USO. He'll prob play through to the end of next
year, won't win any slams and call it a day.
