Looks like you got your wish. Carlson didn't challenge Putin on any of
his nonsense (like Poland starting WW2). TC is no more a journalist
than I am. But at least I was relieved to hear Putin say (in as many
words) "I have no further territorial demands". Now where have we

Maybe people here who are from the US know about traveling salvation
shows way back when.

People especially in the south or Midwest, mostly white and uneducated
and unsophisticated, attached themselves to evangelical sects. There was
a sort of circuit of traveling preachers, and they got really good at
rousing up the supplicants and sort of "entertaining" them under the
cover of "preaching the gospels".

People who went to these, I think this fulfilled the need for dramatic
myth, like you'd find in traditional theater, of which these naifs knew >nothing. They'd get really worked up, achieve catharsis, and pour on the >contributions to the preacher's "ministry". And he'd move on to the next

Putin said no nonsense. This is an example what's so troubling nowadays in the west.

Many simply dismiss uncomfortable news and explanations and truth as "nonsense".

My advice.

They got into possessions of many non polish areas post ww1 and they wanted more, as proven by the fact they took (tiny bit still took) piece of Czechoslovakia once Hitler partitioned it with the blessing of UK and France.


Simultaneously Poland was not treating very nicely ethnic communities they conquered post ww1, namely Germans for most part.

Poland weren't some peace loving hippies whom Hitler attacked out of pure malice. They were significant actor with their own agenda.

What's so unclear there?


Poland joined Hitler, UK and France in carving up Czechoslovakia.

Hitler took German parts of Czechoslovakia, Poland took tiny Polish part.

UK and France said it's ok.

Next, when applying same principle, Hitler aske the Poles, to grant him passage through Poland so he could build roads to disjointed part of Germany and likely that they return to Germany some of German parts they had and they refused.

Why would you take Hitler's help to seize polish land that was in Czechoslovakia, but refuse to accommodate German demands in regards to German territories in Poland?


Not only it's hypocritical, that's the least of problems, it's incredibly dumb for two reasons.

It's Hitler who got you those polish lands back that were in Czechoslovakia and it's Hitler who is on your border, a stronger country.

Why not return the favour and instead make angry someone who had help you and is both more powerful?

Smart Poles then switched sides, believing UK and France, countries not bordering with Poland could protect them?






So how does that not force Hitler to invade?

My biggest complaint and only real complaint is production.

You can't do such an important interview and have a background voice as a translator.

What's what, a cartoon?

There should have been subtitles so that people can *hear" Putin's voice and him speaking in Russian while reading what he says.

It's of paramount importance, yet neither Tucker nor media in general feel that way.

You could probably say "hey what about the blind ones who can't read" and I'll say that I'm sorry for the blind people, but I could ask likewise then what about the deaf people?

In the end, one group is always going to be at loss.


But for clarity and if the purpose is to convey message, one must hear native speaker in his own language, to feel him properly.

It would also be much easier to follow the complex answers mentioned.


As for these comments, I guess Putin is simply mocking Tucker in return. Remember Tucker had some stupid statements such as "Putin is bitter because Russia is being disrespected by the west" and so on.

As if Putin is a woman in menopause or a teen punk who is led by emotions?

These statements are childish. So now the return message "oh you weren't as tough as I thought you'd be".
