Current Swedish prime minister, Ulf Kristersson, just made a 6 minute
speech about the matter. Said for example:

"Political naivety and ignorance led us to this point. As well as
irresponsible immigration policies and failed integration. Outsiders and parallel societies feed criminal gangs. There they can mercilessly
recruit children and train future killers."
