Ilia Kulik and Katerina were married after Liza was born. So if he had his name put on the birth certificate I would think she would have his last name. She was born in US so considered legally a US citizen. Does anyone
know where Katerina and the girls are? Is she married? Does anyone know where Ilia Kulik is? The only video I can find of him is the one in 2017. Did he marry again?
