    Been watching him a lot. Seems that mostly fat girls want to show. There's been a few nice ones. Good way to kill the afternoon

    They do a lot of face painting at special events like Jazz fest, French Quarter fest, and just normal weekend tourist stuff. Most likely just a side gig he does I imagine. Titty painting is probably Fat Tuesday only.
    There was a guy down in the old farmers market that they've converted into a flea market type thing that painted names in watercolors using animals as letters that must've made 100k+ a year working weekends and holidays. $25 - $40 a pop and it takes 5-
    10 minutes. Always somebody waiting. After a few years people started to copy him so I don't know how well he does now.
