As opposed to what they normally show on Saturday nights outside of football season?
Fox: a couple of "instant repeats" of its shows, like 9-1-1
NBC: Dateline NBC, followed by an hour-long cut of a Saturday Night Live repeat
CBS: two hours of repeats, followed by 48 Hours
ABC: either repeats, or an NBA or NHL game (it won't show NBA before Christmas Day - the one exception I can think of was LeBron's rookie season)
The days of The Love Boat followed by Fantasy Island on Saturday nights are long behind us. You can thank whoever invented the VCR and whoever was the first to come up with the idea of renting movies for that.
Thank God for the DVR.
Lucy Worsley Investigates (I find her entertaining)
The U.S. and the Holocaust
Broadchurch
Flesh and Blood
Line of Separation (German w/ English Subs)
Home Fires (cancelled, too bad)
Halifax Retribution (so so)
Poldark
Indian Summers
My Mother and Other Strangers (cancelled)
The Indian Doctor
Unforgotten (love Nicola Walker!)
And any CFB or MLB games I want to watch later)
