I think Biden will die in office in year 3. The timing will be right

I don't think it gets that far. If the mids go as disastrous for the Dems as they think, Biden will quit.
I gave you the roadmap:
Retract consent, given the PA court cases and the GA voter rolls to start -- you need get only one further Electoral Vote.
You retract consent by binding resolution of both Houses of Congress, now securely Republican -- at which point, you sine die and shut off the money spigot.
You force Biden to sue into a 5 1/2-3 1/2 Court and hope you win 5-4.

While I think of it, two further questions for any Republican who thinks this ends well:
1) How can you hold an election -- ANY ELECTION -- in November if you think the one two years ago was so compromised?
2) What is the line which would have to be crossed that, under 2A as you believe it, would be the shoot point? I'd think, given your (collective, not personal) beliefs, you'd be far past that point by now!
