    Say...you don't think this has something to do with ASU "self-imposing" a one-year bowl ban this season, do you?

    I can also see this coming out of Indianapolis:
    "Under the NCAA's new policy, rather than enforcing bowl bans, we are fining teams the amount we think they would have received for being in a postseason game. For Arizona State, that would be...zero."
