For UEFA, the rankings right now go France, Germany, Spain, England.
Then a big gap to Italy.
It's difficult to assess the value of the "leagues" as a whole, when: a) we have limited data on inter-league matches involving only the top 2-3 teams in each league; b) in all the 5 leagues you mention, the gap between the top teams and everybody else
is massive; c) the women's game is growing very rapidly, so that hierarchies are also bound to change.
Over the last two seasons, Juve has had a perfectly even record against teams from the other Big-5 leagues: 2 wins, 6 draws and 2 defeats. Some of those results were a bit on the lucky side, and I would agree that we are not yet on the level of the
true European bigs. But I don't think that the gap between the top Serie A teams and the other top-4 is as large as you make it out to be.
I was talking about the gap in the rankings. I have no idea about the
gap in quality since I don't watch women's club football, and not all
that much at the national team level either.
Come to think of it, I don't watch much club football, period, these
days. EPL and CL used to be on DAZN here, but they lost EPL to some
other subscription service and I have not bothered to sign up. Regular
TV (cable) has FA cup occasionally, and Bundesliga, but I have just been
too busy to bother looking for it.
The only question is where to put the USA in
there. Pretty hard to argue what the top five would be, but comparison
across confederations suffers from lack of data.
A women's Club World Championship, or at least a FIFA-sanctioned clash between the CL winners and the NWSL winners would be a huge draw.
