Sure, you're welcome to join. In fact, you can join the Season 60 Cup,
which will start immediately at the end of the of league season.
If you do join, you will enter the league from the bottom Tier. We will
have 11 players, which doesn't lend itself very well to three tiers. Therefore (assuming no additional human players) we will also welcome
back our old friend Homer Simpson, who will also enter the league from
Tier 3.
This means that Tier 3 this season potentially promotes *two* teams.
