The Iceberg has come back down to a comfortable 21 C after our little
"heat wave". Kinda nice too to have a Friday to myself and watch the
ice hockey. It is coming home! The Stanley Cup that is...ooops wrong
    thread

A lot of familiar faces in the Chilean line up, they have all got to be
40 by now? But some new ones too, didnt see that English guy in the
    line up.

I dont know anything about this Peru team, all i Know is that I have
this desire to have a Pisco Sour now.

Its coming home! Dirty game, lots of slashing tripping, cross checking
and that is the Copa match. 0-0 at the HT

But in Edmonton it is 1-0 for the Oilers at the end of the 1st period.
It seems like everybody is callin McDavid the best player in the World.

I have switched to Chilean red wine, but I am still gonna mostly watch
the ice hockey.. What i am attempting to do has never been done, never
before has someone tried to watch a Stanley Cup final while watching a
COPA match after watching a EURO match! Unheard of!

It is so nice and bright and sunny in Edomonton, they wont see darkenss
until midnight, meanwhile in Texas the roof is closed, does that stadium
    have AC?

Good crowds for both matches, but the "fan zone" for the Oilers game
seems better, like they are given it , ya gotta giver! Lads will know
    what given er means.

But anyhow, if Coonor McDavid is the best player in the World, why is
Scotland going out in the first round?

#-0 with 21 minutes left means game over in football, no team has ever
come back from that, but in ice hockey it just means game on.

Kanada can beat one or either or both of these teams and I really think
so, especially if they want to play physically. You know who came on
for Peru, Pablo Guerrero, 54 years old!

I count four players who already played for Chile at
the World Cup in South Africa. That was 14 years
    ago.
