    AIDS is not just a random virus in the wilds of Africa.

    AIDS comes from a normal biological reaction to non-host
    produced semen from othewise harmless viral strains living in
    male recipient host intestines.

    The viral strains react to the foreign semen as invaders and
    trigger defense mechanisms that attack the host causing AIDS.

    The host can become highly infectious and will pass their strain
    of AIDS to others, male or female.

    You've heard AIDS can be identified to a specific strain, the
    above is how it is done. A lab can isolate who the AIDS
    infection came from.
