    Well, tell us! How long, and how was it? I used to do races frequently, every couple weeks during the summer, and ultras as well, but have become a
    bit disenchanted with the whole scene. Now I mostly do the occasional
    'fatass' local ultra, but work at improving my strava segment times :)

    A few of us still here. But yes, 95% spam.
    Also, I ran a half marathon last month.

    Also, I ran a half marathon last month.

    I'm aiming at a mountain 50k next weekend. It has shorter options as
    well if I wimp out. Want to to try the TectonX which should arrive
    mid-week.

    I guess I should peek in here more. I'm still running but not anywhere near the level I want.
