Wed 20' easy, 15' tempo, 20' easy 6.5 miles
Thur 8*30" sprints, 3' recs. 6.4 miles
Fri 3 miles easy
Sat a.m. 3.1 miles easy. P.m. 5.6 miles XC racing
Sun 3 miles easy.
46 miles total.
Still shooting for a sub-20 5K on Tuesday.
