The FCC has resolved the first mutually-exclusive applications from the November 2021 non-commercial filing window. Blackfeet Tribe of the
Blackfeet Indian Reservation of Montanas application for 90.7 Little
Browning MT has been named the winner of MX Group 131 over Holy Spirit
Radios application for 90.7 Conrad MT via the Tribal Priority for Native American Tribes.
Ed Stolz Silver State Broadcastings 790 KBET Winchester NV has been issued
a Notice of Violation after the FCC Enforcement Bureau noted the tower
fence gate was unlocked.
Amy Merediths Mega Moo Radio Company has been issued a $1500 penalty for failing to timely file its post-auction longform application for its CP won
in FCC Auction 109 last summer. Mega Moo won the 100.3 Clayton OK
allocation in the auction and was due to file its longform application by September 13, 2021, but did not until the next day requesting a waiver of
the rules. The FCC granted the waiver, but found the penalty warranted for failing to follow the rules and not establishing good cause for the
violation.
The FCC has entered into Consent Decrees with the following licensees to resolve issues pertaining to the maintenance of their online public files:

be cancelled on April 1 as they have failed to file renewal applications:
