IARUMS newsletter - Unknown intruder in 21 MHz band

IARU Monitoring System (IARUMS) Region 1 newsletter reports in June they received a new unknown signal in the 15m band. It was on 21003.5 kHz for several days with long-lasting transmissions, and also received several
times around 21122 kHz

downlink frequency for this contact is 145.800 MHZ and may be heard by listeners that are within the ISS-footprint that also encompasses the telebridge station
