    1700 UTC on Saturday, May 11, and concludes at 0300 UTC on Sunday, May
    12. The Canadian prairies are the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan,
    and Alberta. Stations outside of the three provinces contact as many
    stations in as many electoral districts as possible. Stations inside
    the Canadian prairie provinces work everyone. Contacts between stations
