You would think that if an image is online, you should be able to find it with an image search engine.
Let's take an example. I have an image here:

Now I might want to find a better quality version of the image.
I happen to know that there is a better quality version available here:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/thcganja/52713355909/sizes/o/
Is there any image search engine that actually is able to find that better quality version based on the low quality version at imgur?
Images google/bing and tineye seem unable to find it somehow.
