On my Windows 11 laptop, the zip I used just now didn't have arm64 or
winmsi in the name which is why I'm asking what they are of you.

Usually, Install and MSI are two different versions of an installer.
Arm64 will be for a different processor, an ARM one, possibly used in some Surface devices.
