  • Border Collie odor

    Recently inherited 11 yr old border collie. Have had 3 mos.and give bath monthly. Recently between baths started smell. Bathed again. Smell stayed. Not dragging butt. Glands? Any suggestions?

    Could be glands. Gross as it might be, describe the smell?

    BTW, applause for taking on an older dog. I do that too.

    You do not menntion the sex of the dog. It can make a difference.
