Does anyone here have any experience with lifts to help
someone with mobility issues get into an RV? Specifically,
a Class C, not an A. More specifically, a 2022 Jayco 29MV.
I'm looking at helping someone standing, not in a wheelchair
or scooter. Perhaps using a walker.
Experience, recommendations, would be appreciated.

Large swingout handles on the exterior will help a lot. Many of us older people have balance issues and need the support which will instill confidence. Or, get a toy hauler :-). Good luck.
