• The RV Grill

So I was trying to decide what I wanted for grilling and I ruled out the
pellet grills, though the ninja woodfire pro looked pretty nice. I
definitely didn't want to deal with charcoal. So in gas models I was
between the Weber Traveler and the Q series (either the Q1200 or the
Q2200). I decided the Traveler was bigger than I needed, and I really
could do with the 1 burner 1200 instead of the double burner 2200. So I
got the Q1200, took off the regulator and got the 12' hose kit and
adapting connectors and fired it up today. Took about 10 minutes to get
it to 500F and I let it go another 5 minutes to burn off any oils in the interior and it got to 57F. Cools down completely within an hour for
storage. I think it could cook about 6 good sized burgers and will be
just right for the two of us.

Was talking to the brother and found out he uses the same one, but he
fuels it with a 20 lb. tank.

So. You two eat 3 burgers each? damn.

Theory don't mean squat if it don't work.

We eat one for dinner, put the others in the fridge. In the AM before
going on a hike, we fry one up with some eggs. Then, take the third and
put it in a bag for a quick protein snack on the trail.

He's recovering from cancer, says nothing tastes good. Probably be
    lucky to get one down.

    How much y'all weigh?

Oh, I never weigh them. Just make the patties and put them on the grill.

You eat a cold, naked hamburger? damn.
