Unfortunately most of this article is behind a paywall. This is an amazing photo. It was taken from a video of the incident. The guy in the picture has just shot and killed the guy laying next to his car in downtown Portland. He is just about
ready to shot the guy who is shooting the video with his cell phone. The photographer was shot in his legs soon after this picture was taken.
Actually this is a parking rage incident. On average I think that people are driving worse than usual. I think this is probably because people are feeling more stressed than usual.
The guy with the gun has pled not guilty to murder charges. He says it was justifiable.
