And "current cost levels" are certainly not going to decrease. What
the NASA rocket program needs is comprehensive reform. Everybody
knows that "comprehensive reform" can fix anything.

I never herdda eddie vedder, but I bygod really liked that. Even
without the words and the rocket being the SLS, the music and video
was literally efficaciously satisfying. However comma I hope he makes
one about the Falcon Heavy and the Starship - then I might even be
able to become transitorily ecstatic.
