    At the last pride parade we went to in Portland their usual protest group was missing. They set off a seperate section for them so they can tell all of us that we're going to burn in hell, and it was empty. I missed them. Portland's pride parade
    is scheduled for the middle of July. It should be fun and interesting this year. Who knows? They might have to give counter-demonstrators more room this time around. The Dykes on bikes love that. It gives them an opportunity to show off their pipes.

    I literally agree with that completely - but what I found borderline
    hilarious was that I had to sign in to confirm my age to watch the
    video. It's OK for kids to get trans advice from school teachers,
    watch scantily-clad drag queens, and get gender-changing surgery, but
    they have to confirm their age to see people scuffle and say "fuck you"? HawHawHaw!

    And I also noticed that the dumbass virtue-signaling bullshabbler just
    couldn't resist bringing Trump into it. What would all these
    self-righteous dumbass "influencers" do if Trump didn't exist?
    Probably have to become burger flippers or Walmart receipt checkers.
    HawHawHaw! again.

    As to the irony of fascist assholes scuffling with fascist assholes
    while spraying the area with "fuck you"s, I'd like to see some
    efficacious mutually assured destruction. That would uproot the root
    of the problem in the passage of time.

    divisive and inequitable? But I allege that probably the reason it was
    empty was that they got caught in the backspatter of the previous
    burning in hell and were still recovering.

    hmmmmm, I don't know about all of that. The system they've been using seems to work well for everyone. People who like to rave know where they can go. People go by that area for various reasons. Some are kind. Some are not. I enjoy hearing the
    motorcycles, but I like to do it at a safe distance, where I don't need ear protection. It's all just part of the ritual. I don't think the protestors were the sort of people who could figure out that all they were accomplishing was demonstrating one of
    the reasons we need these public events. So that can't be the reason why they stopped participating in these event. More likely, they just got bored, or simply distracted, and found something better to do.

    Thankfully, I'll be passing through there throwing out Lone Star beer
    cans after that nonsense is over. Well, officially over. I know in that
    neck of the woods it's always "pride time". By the way, aren't they a
    little late for pride month? Must be a bunch of women or fake women.
