I bought this in London a couple years back and have never used it, though it should be in perfect working condition. I was told it was one of the first, if not THE first of the talk boxes. Hooking it up had me rather perplexed (running it as an

external speaker from the amp and needing a relatively high PA volume). No PA is why I haven't used it yet! I'm taking offers on it and in the market for a Mutron III or a similar easy-to-use auto "liquid wah"/ envelope.

Any info on the Jimmy is also appreciated.

I have such a Jimmy Bean original and genuine voice box and I want to sell it. There are few of them for sale and the price varies. Can I ask what you paid for it.
