The picture was just low enough in resolution to where I didn't bother to
count the keys, and the angle made it look like an 88 ;)
And I've heard of left handed keyboards, with the high notes on the left and the low ones on the right, so I figured it might have been something custom

And I always go with the 'default' factory concert grand piano voice too -
so ironic, a Motif may have several thousand voices/presets/patches, and the first place I *always* go is right to the acoustic concert grands, and
electric grands, and the Rhodes and Wurlis, because those are the sounds of
my favorite keyboards to play, well, and a B3, but not with weighted keys ;)

Nothing special, really. That's just my good old Motif XS7 with 76
keys. Left are the low notes, right the high ones as on the piano. :-)
In fact this is even the factory piano sound "Full Concert Grand",
which is my favourite piano sound on any keyboard so far.
But yes, I'm left handed when it comes to other things.
